Mr. Farhaan Khan
Director (Operations) Transformersfitness freak and ACSM (American College Of Sports Medicine) and IFSI (Integrated Fitness and Sports Institute) certified. With an experience of over a decade in fitness industry under his belt, he has introduced the concept of ExcerScience (Exercise with scientific concepts). This has made Transformers the best place to learn proper techniques for Strength Training, Fat-Loss (not Weight-Loss) along with Body weight techniques for Strength, Performance and Resilience amongst others. His firm belief is that "Strength is a Skill" and that one should practice movement quality before quantity.
Our mission is to help you become stronger both physically and mentally. With the support of our customers and team, plans are to grow Transformers into a successful chain of gyms and a name to reckon with in the health and well-ness industry.
